Application form – company

1. The cost of renting 1 m2 of exhibition space is PLN 60 net plus 23% VAT.
2. Stand without infrastructure. The minimum size of the exhibition space that can be purchased by a participant is 4 m2.
3. The recommended area for the exhibition of one motorcycle is 4 m2.
4. The fee for the exhibition space should be paid to the Organizer's account [click]. An advance payment of 50% of the total order must be made within 7 days from the date of notification. The full amount resulting from the completed order, including VAT, until January 31, 2023.
5. In the event of resignation from participation in the event after 7 days from the date of sending the application, but before January 31, 2023, a handling fee of 50% of the gross order value will be charged. In the event of resignation from participation in the event after January 31, 2023, the exhibitor covers the full costs of participation resulting from the submitted application.
6. In the price of the purchased space, the Exhibitor is entitled to free identifiers in the amount of 2 pcs. for every 10m2 of ordered space. The Exhibitor may order payable badges from the Organizer at the price of PLN 40/pcs.
7. THE ORDERED AREA IS NOT BUILT-UP (NO EXHIBITION BOXES). It is possible to order stand construction in the Octanorm system. In order to prepare a valuation, please contact the Organizer.

9. The applicant undertakes to deliver at his own expense the exhibits listed in the Application Form.
10. The organizer does not bear any responsibility for accidents of people and damage to exhibits during the opening hours of the event for visitors.
11. The organizer is not responsible for damages caused by force majeure.
12. The organizer ensures protection of the exhibition grounds. The security company does not supervise the stands during the opening hours of the Convention for visitors and during their arrangement and disassembly by Exhibitors.
13. The organizer takes over responsibility for the exhibits after the exhibition halls are closed for visitors (night from Friday to Saturday and night from Saturday to Sunday).
